Wherever you will go people will complain. Also, what tells us these are real employees who are making the comments... This site is not a big reference, to have a true opinion, you need to judge on the facts:
PCO Innovation have passed from 2 to 500 employees in only 10 years; we are looking to pass to a 1000 in the next 3 years.

We are also one of the few companies who hires a lot of Junior Engineer and give them a true chance to grow and develop an international career with clients like Schneider, Boeing, Procter Gamble, Honda, etc.
To be honest, I dont think there is another company that can offer the same package deal (salary, life experience, atmosphere).
